NADRA utilizes the knowledge areas of PMBOK and quality management using the methodologies, tools, techniques, result orientation and control mechanism in conducting most of IT related large scale projects. All methodologies are aligned with PMBOK specified set of concepts and techniques for managing information technology (IT) infrastructure, development and operations. These techniques are followed as per defined by Project Management Institute (PMI), USA, & Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Modification and fine-tuning is conducted as per the project requirements for an effective and timely delivery considering scope, time, budget and quality.
