Pak Identity Foreign Counters

NADRA Pak Identity counters have been established in 16 x Pakistani Missions to facilitate overseas Pakistanis. Applicants can now conveniently visit the Pak Identity counter in their respective country and process applications without any hindrance. Read the complete details.

Pak Identity Pakistan Post Counters

Citizens of Pakistan can now apply for the Smart National Identity Card Renewal, Reprint, and Modification (Marital Status and address only) from the designated PPO sites Read the complete details.

Guidelines to Apply Online

Register an account on the Pak Identity Website or Mobile App (Android & IOS).
Choose a relevant category and start your application.
Upload your latest photograph (not older than 6 months) for website applications. On the mobile app, capture a fresh photo within the app.
Provide the required information in all the fields of the application.
Make the fee payment through Debit/Credit card by Visa or Mastercard, or E-Sahulat, Easypaisa or Jazzcash incase of Smart NIC and FRC applications.
For applications applied through Website, download the system generated fingerprints form, sign it, scan it and upload it on the website. Alternatively, Mobile app users can capture the fingerprints and signatures in real time and submit them.
Upload the required documents through Website or Mobile App. Alternatively Mobile app users can also capture the photos of the required documents while using the app.
Submit the application.

It is the sole responsibility of applicant to provide correct data/information while processing for ID Card. Any fake information or forged documentation provided to NADRA may lead to legal proceedings against the applicant under section 30 of NADRA Ordinance 2000.
