How to expedite existing Application

If you have already applied under the category Normal/Urgent and your application is approved by the Case officer, then you can change the application type from Normal/Urgent to Executive by paying the remaining fee and prioritize the card printing process.

Here is the step by step process for prioritizing the application:

Login into your Pak Identity account by providing your email and password.
On the Start New Application screen, Click on “Expedite existing application”.
Insert the Tracking ID which you want to expedite, system will display the additional amount that need to be paid for conversion to Executive category, and click “Start Application” button.
Accept the terms and conditions for payment, provide your debit/credit card information and pay the amount.
Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive an auto generated acknowledgement with a new tracking ID for this process.

NOTE: You can only expedite your application if it is approved by the case officer.
