How to write Names and NIC/CNIC/NICOP/CRC Numbers in NICOP application Form ?

Solution A- Applicant has to mention his/her name and NIC/CNIC/NICOP/CRC
number of his/her, father, mother and spouse (as specified in
marital status field).
B- Names must be written in both English and Urdu in corresponding
fields.
C- Applicant has to mention the name and NIC/CNIC/NICOP number of
parents even they are dead.
D- Names should be written in order as specified on the form (i-e
first name, middle name and last name).
E- If the NIC/CNIC/NICOP/CRC number these relations doesn’t exist,
only names should be written.
F Urdu and English Name must be the same.
