Who can be the Family Head ?

Solution a.Here applicant has to type head eleven digit NIC, or thirteen digit CNIC/ NICOP number.
b.Applicant’s relation with the head (whose number is mention in field number two) should be written in field number three.
c.A deed/declaration from solicitor mentioning patronage by the head, is required if relation mentioned except the followings:-
(Father, Mother, Son, Daughter, Husband, Wife, Brother, Sister)
