what are the types of NICOP Applications ?
Solution
a.New: In case of first time NICOP Application
i.Select check box if applicant is holding old (Manual) NIC, Computerized NIC(CNIC), B-Form, CRC or having no NIC.
b.Duplicate: In case of applicant has lost NICOP.
i.Select check box if applicant has lost NICOP, and want to get new NICOP.
ii.It is mandatory to provide the NICOP number of lost NICOP to get new one.
iii.NICOP would be same as of previous NICOP (without any change).
iv.After getting the new NICOP if previous NICOP is found applicant is required to submit back the any one NICOP card to NADRA authorities.
c.Renewal: In case of NICOP expiry date is reached.
i.Select check box if expiry date printed on the back side of NICOP is reached.
ii.It is mandatory to surrender the expired NICOP to NADRA authorities.
iii.All other fields on NICOP would remain same except date of issue and date of expire.
d.Change: In case of applicant wants to change any field (printed/non- printed)
i.Select Check Box if applicant wants to change any field including photo, signature and thumb.
ii.Fields to change can be either printed on NICOP or not printed on NICOP but exist in applicant record.
iii.It is mandatory to surrender the NICOP to NADRA authorities.
iv.Date of expiry and date of issue would also be automatically changed.
