Change in Applicant Name

Solution - Applicant can apply to change his name by providing NAME CHANGE DEED attested from Consulate / Embassy of Pakistan along with cutting of Add in newspaper to change his name.

* Partial change in name like Khan, Malik, Chaudhry etc needs no documents as evidence.

- Name of any person who has been died / deceased can not be changed without Court Orders.
