What supporting documents do I need to provide?

Solution 1- Completely filled English Application Form.
2- 2 Color photographs (passport size).
3- Bank Draft/Bank Receipt for the fee in favour of NADRA, Pakistan. 4- Copy of Valid Pakistani or foreign passport.
5- Copy of National ID Card (NIC) or the RG-2 (Form-B).
In case neither is available, the registration of Pakistani
children born abroad may be used (Form S-1).
6- Marriage certificate is required if one is married.
