For Inland applicants, the TCS team contact the applicant through provided contact number for delivery, once the confirmation is received by the TCS team; they deliver it at the doorstep of the applicant. In case, the applicant is not reachable, the TCS team try to contact the applicant for 3 days, after that the card is delivered to the nearest NADRA center.
For Overseas applicants, the DHL team contact the applicant before the delivery of the card, once the confirmation is received from the applicant's end, the card is delivered at the door step of the applicant.
In case the applicant is not reachable, the DHL team after specific period of time delivers the card to the nearest Pakistan Embassy/Mission.
